· TYPE LOCALITY. " Lyangar, Vanchsky Mts., [W. Pamirs, Tajikistan].

· RANGE. Confined to the W. Pamirs (the Vanchsky Mts.).

· HABITAT AND BIOLOGY. Rocky walls at 2,500-3,500 m a.s.l. Flight period: end of July to August.

· SIMILAR SPECIES. P. kotzschae: UPF always without red-brown area; UNH paler.
