• TYPE LOCALITY. The ?Himalaya.

• RANGE. The W. Pamirs, N. Afganistan, Pakistan and India.

• DISTRIBUTION AND VARIATION. There lives only the nominate subspecies in the W. Pamirs.

• HABITATS AND BIOLOGY. Arid slopes up to 2,500-3,000 m a.s.L Flight period: June-July.

• SIMILAR SPECIES. E. pulverata: larger, FW black streak in cell reaching the cost.
