· TYPE LOCALITY. "...in der Bergkette Dzhugdzhur, an den Quellen des Flusses Dzhelinda..." [Dzhelinda River, Dzhugdzhur Range, Transbaikalia].
· RANGE. From Transbaikalia to the Chukot Peninsula; N. Mongolia.
· DISTRIBUTION AND VARIATION. A little-known high-altitude species of Trans-baikalia and the Far East.
· HABITAT AND BIOLOGY. Stony slopes and screes at 2,000-3,000 m a.s.l. Flight period: June-July.
· SIMILAR SPECIES. E. dabanensis, E. fletcheri: UNF ochreous-yellow band well-defined, slightly separated by veins; UNH with a sharp postdiscal band. E. occulta: FW band on both sides represented by diffuse ochreous-yellow spots or stripes; UNH without sharply defined postdiscal band.
