· TYPE LOCALITY. "Alexander-Gebirge" [Kirghizsky Mts., Kirghizia].

· RANGE. Confined to N. Tian-Shan.

· DISTRIBUTION AND VARIATION. The central and E. parts of the Kirghizsky Mts. as well as the Zailiisky Alatau, Kunghei-Alatau (Boomsky Canyon) and Boguty mts. in S. Kazakhstan.

· HABITAT AND BIOLOGY. Sunny slopes with scarce xerophytic vegetation at 1,000-2,000 m a.s.l. Flight period: May-July (August).

· SIMILAR SPECIES. H. haberhaueri: UPF ochreous area well-developed.
